Morgan James Publishing: October, 2012This is not to say that environmental factors cannot be overcome. They certainly can, as evidenced by the beauty and power of sheer human will and determination. But, in many cases, negative childhood experiences and dysfunctional environments affect a person so dramatically that they deal with emotional scars for life. Wherever I went it sounded like there was a group of people in the other room talking loudly. Even outside. I could smell limes then it would switch to the smell of an electrical fire. Visuals. Staring at something too long would cause me to lose depth perception. Look somebody in the eyes too long. BAM they are right in your face even tho they are 10 feet away. Objects like the bookshelf of painting would stretch and breath. Allot more goes on in the peripherals. Shadow people, random movement, I had to move a scrunched up blanket because I kept thinking it was my cat. My friend stayed up for 3 days once and heard knocking on his window on the second floor. He curled up on his bed terrified. The shadow people all of a sudden became his friends because the enemy of my enemy is my friend. He and the shadow people became friends because they were protection him from the “amphetamine ghosts”. Chris Froome’s two spills, which removed the “devastated” Team Sky’s defending champion from the race, were just the start. Froome had not even made it as far as the dreaded cobbles two sectors of which were removed before play began, deemed unridable as the peloton drove a fearsome pace over the icily slick roads right from the start. Keep in mind: as you gain weight/muscle, if you decide to, running may get harder if you don continue training.
From the information you gave me, I have taken bronchial asthma of an allergic type as my guideline. In any case, the sinustitus and pancreatitis, combined with the asthma left me little choice in my leaning towards one type of diet. But I have not found it easy, because it contradicts the advice you have been given so far. Interestingly, your own self diagnosis of CF which would link the pancreas and the lung condition would be very readily supported by an Anthroposophical analysis of the underlying imbalance in asthma. An inability to form protein fits this profile too. The albumin levels seldom give classical medics any idea of the cause of protein deficiency. Understanding how protein is made forces me to find the error in quality of diet not quantity of proteins.
