You can choose a chair or something stable. Make sure that whatever you’re using you feel comfortable stepping up on. The height of the bench on this step right here is just about at my knee level. So, anywhere from knee down is a good place to start. So, the first thing we’re going to do is just a simple step up. So one foot on the bench. We can do this. We can alternate. We can step up and drop down or we can step up, drop down, switch legs, step up, drop down, switch legs. Just that simple. Or I can do it as a one leg exercise. One leg at a time.
